What is “strip”?

English trade name for Stone Strips.

Stone strips are long pieces cut to fixed widths (often free length) for borders, skirting, or cladding. Width, thickness, and finish are the order fields. In trade it also appears as bandas (Spanish), fajas (Spanish), şeritler (strip) (Turkish). Attested most in Turkey, Spain, and CH.
