What is “İhraç kayıtlı fatura”?
Turkish trade name for Export Registered Invoice.
An export-registered invoice is a VAT-exempt commercial invoice filed under export registration rules (common in Turkish KDV-istisna export flows). It documents goods value for customs without charging domestic VAT. Logistics/commercial paperwork, not a stone grade.
