What is “İhraç kayıtlı”?
Turkish trade name for Export Registered.
Export-registered status marks a sale or invoice as qualifying for export VAT exemption under local tax rules. Turkish exporters use it with registered export invoices (ihracat kayitli). Commercial/tax status language, not a product finish.
